I’m having trouble starting my m35a3, the batteries are charged and brand new alternator. I have been driving it and starting no problem, got to my destination but then it came to turn back on, the buzzer buzzes but nothing happens when you turn the switch

is there any way to Hotwire the switch or jump the starter to find the problem before I buy anything

I beat the starter as well

Is there a click at all? Sometimes you have to press the start button numerous times. Mine does that every once in a blue moon. If that doesn't work, or no click, then you may have other problems.

no click at all, I’m assuming its the ignition switch

Someone told me maybe you can hot wire the switch to start it but can’t find any videos. I will probably start with the switch and move down the line

Pull the switch out, disconnect the wires from switch, try crossing the wires together to see if it bumps over. If so, that is your culprit. If not, could be the starter solenoid.

When needing help for a specific vehicle, you should start a thread in the forum for that vehicle, and not in the conversation forum. This way you get better help and more visibility. I will move the thread for you.

Also, it would be a very good idea to change your title, to something else like, "M35A3 Starting problem". Then people KNOW what type of vehicle, and what your problem is.

Does it have a keyed start switch or a push button ? , I’m only familiar with the a2 that has a power switch and the push button start. I’ve seen modified ones that use a key switch to control both functions. More info is always needed
