8th annual “Steel Soldiers at the Ironworks” Dixie Division Military Vehicles Club annual conference, vehicle rally, and flea market at Tannehill Ironworks State Park in Bucksville (just west of Birmingham) Alabama. $3.00 per vehicle Park entrance fee, no charge for vehicle display or vendor site.

Free lunch on Saturday.

What kind of turnout do you guys typically see at this event? I might drive my M35 down, it's only 200 miles from me.

I'm bringing my M35A2. It's a good event and only a few miles off I59. We need more big trucks, so you 2.5 and 5 ton owners come on down. I have a M353 trailer I can bring if anyone is interested- 200.00. I bought a pair a Marine Depot Albany, built a deck on one to haul my M151.

While this is really a club event, everyone is invited to attend and bring your vehicles and flea market stuff. this is usually just vendors from the Southeast. Some photos are posted on the photo section of the DD web site,

I plan on being there of Friday with a stack of books and odd parts for sale. Unfortunately, gotta roll out real early Sunday morning.

I'll be there if the duece is running (after the fuel fiasco) and will be brining the 105 trailer I want to sell.
The 280 shelter is coming too but I think it is sold.
