Steel Soldiers Legal Team Needed

Attention Steel Soldiers members who are also attorneys:

There is a lot going on around here behind the scenes these days. I could occasionally use the advice of a good attorney or two or three. If any of you attorney-members would like to volunteer your services from time to time, I would appreciate it. We have a good attorney that we used to settle the Steel Soldiers Service Mark, but he is pricey, as all good attorneys are.

I am especially interested in anyone who has business law, patent/trademark, and civil/liability law experience. Please post up of send me a PM if you are interested in being part of the team.

Buckeye came through in a pinch! Thanks for the advice. I now have a VA licensed attorney on the case. I will fill everyone in once things are settled.

An excellent suggestion as you are correct in seeing a lot of behind the scenes shenanigans going on here with EPA, DOD and DLA. One should also have Federal Court experience as well. Perhaps some sort of Injunctive relief might be appropriate here as there is no immediate administrative relief available to us all, all involved in the class of military vehicle folks (vendors, end users and taxpayers er al.) suffer irreparable harm and of course we all have clean hands in this issue. Anyway we sure could use a good lawyer on our team for lots of good reasons.
