My Little Buddy got introduced to the Green Iron Disease from the start. This is from 2010 in front of my National Guard M984 Wrecker on Veterans Day. I'm behind Briggs and he's wearing the small PT Shirt. Joey is wearing his ACU's!!! A Vote for Sarge is a Vote for Freedom!!!
You're pulling all the stops, sandcobra, AND playing the heart-strings card; that's good!

You're little buddy looks great in that shot, by the way. You're both lucky to have one another. Here's my prayer for you both.

Are you maybe in marketing!? You know, just wondering.

Another Ahab, I am not into marketing, I'm a Safety Specialist for Uncle Sam as a Civilian. I'm Campaigning Hard this Month as it looks like I have a shot of sending out a lot of pictures of Briggs Celebrating in front of Sarge. The Truck may Win the Poll but Briggs is the one who will be the real Champion alongside his Love of the Truck if it rolls across the Finish Line as a Winner!!! I will say that there is a lot of Marketing involved when trying to promote Safety though so I've learned quite a bit.

Too bad that i have only one vote, which goes to the truck of sandcobra, rather unique survivor and the backstory is also incredibly.
I have been following your thread from the beginning.
Good luck

Sandcobra you should get another 4-5 votes before the clock runs out. Most of the CAMO Crew has been balls to the wall lately but this weekend should give them time to vote...for you.:papabear:

I sure hope it works out. Briggs will learn of the results Monday Morning but I'm leaving to do my job in the National Guard for Annual Training. I may have to set up an account on here for his Momma but she won't vote. We do intend to make good on our promises though if he wins.

My I ask if you will be part of the jade helm 15 training program??

Thank you
Just researched that briefly. That appears to be taking place in Texas and onto the South West States starting July 18th. We won't be anywhere near that area. It's just regular ole Summer Camp for my group this year.

Sarge May Win!!! In the first picture posted, We worked on that posterboard for a few hours this afternoon. It's looking good and unless the Texas Mafia jumps in during the last 3 hours and causes an upset, We're going to Victory Lane!!! Please see the attached pictures!!! Briggs is already Happy that Jimmie Johnson Won the Nascar Race in Dover. Look at the pictures!!! My little buddy has been in it from the start. Pictures 5 and 6 came from riding in Papabear's truck in the Veterans Day Parade and it was driven by PortaJohn ¨EMD¨. Picture 8 was taken at the GA Rally about 2 years ago. Picture 9 was taken 3 years ago while we were changing out a master cylinder on my Deuce. Picture 10 was taken after I pulled a truck home with the wrecker while we still had it.

Sarge Won!!!

Thanks to All who Voted!!! Moderators, please put the attached picture in place of the one I submitted for the poll for the picture that will show up on the left side of the page. Briggs was really excited when I told him that ¨Sarge¨ had a good shot of being the Military Vehicle of the Month. His Momma got him some poster board for him to draw on and he went to town on it. We took the picture in the rain this evening and it highlights both the truck and Briggs!!!

Congratualtions Joe. Your son's picture says it all. :p
Mr. Kent,
My Son is why Sarge Won it this Month. Mr. Larry pointed out that Sarge Won over some Very Worthy competition and he's absolutely right. What helped push me into the Winner's Circle were three things that I can think of. Its a pretty nice truck with a unique history. I've got a great reputation of being a Steel Soldiers Member who would give someone the shirt off of my back and in many instances have. The most important factor is I finally opened up a little of my personal side. I made sure that you fine people knew why this truck means so much to my little buddy. I've put this truck up for a poll in the past a few times and it's never generated this kind of response. I'd say half the votes or more were because of the pictures of Briggs Happiness with this truck spread out over a few years. Sarge won the vote but he could have never done it without his biggest fan, Briggs. I'm certainly humbled and I appreciate all of the support.
