All the MV's start out as working machines, some more than others. After military life most are used for their useful life as working machines, until economic repair has them parked and forgotten. Hmm, interesting as the life cycle of equipment sometimes mimics human behaviors.

Then some are revitalized from bleached bones and some that have lived a sheltered life. All travel the same roads in different directions. And most end up at the smelter to become other new equipment and the cycle continues. And then there are the few, very few that get another chance at becoming useful equipment whether for working or just enjoyment. Again like retirement for us older traveled fellows and ladies that wish to continue active retirement.

I like the bright as well as the faded, and all have the determined goal to continue to function as useful machines for toil or enjoyment most times both.

Being involved with any MV's, Equipment has an allure all to itself. Until it breaks down and gives you some grief. Then you smile as its being repaired, remembering...
