Does anyone have a manual for rebuilding the ZF steering Box? Or even just exploded parts view?

aftermarket? who would have thought of that!! I will check it out. If what I think is wrong is actually what IS wrong I can fix it in the truck.

The problem now is that Bosch bought TRW and ZF and has discontinued all parts availability. Only new boxes are available so no longer will they supply rebuild info or parts list.

I have seen the same problem. Big fish buys a smaller fish and liquidates or new people know nothing about new products.

one of those auction sites, but some have RHD boxes, you don't want those!!
