There is no original radio wiring harness so you do not need an adapter.

All you need to do is install some speakers, run speaker wires, run a 12v feed from the fusebox and install the radio where ever you want it.

Awesome thanks.

The previous owner did this prior, so the wires have been run from the battery to the fuse box etc.

There is just a bunch of wires and I wasn't sure If i needed a harness.

The back of the stereo has a yellow 5v and a blue remote. Any suggestions on where/what cable I might wire those too?

Can i wire the yellow 5v into the main power?
