Hey guys,

Went to replace my temperature sender unit, put a deep socket on it and to my dismay the brass stripped and the sender did not budge. How would you recommend getting it out?

Just keep at it. The heat will help by expanding the brass. Then let it cool to contract and spraying the penetrant on it will help draw it into the threads. If you have a spot to hit, you may want to tap the top of the sender lightly with a ball peen hammer and a punch. That may jar some corrosion loose. Good luck.
