Stuck Wedges? Right Side Brakes will NOT release

M1088 sat for two weeks. Rained a few times. May have nothing to do with it...

Both wheels on the right (passenger side) will not release. Forward, Backward, Tires will not roll.
Right front DOES roll (works fine).

Of the 6 wheels, 2 are stuck, 4 roll as they should...

Bumped the drum a few times with a 3# hammer.
Lightly tapped the shoes on the bottom (can't really reach the top shoe)

Any other ideas or suggestions?

For whatever it is worth:
The rear two chambers on the right rear axle (both chambers) "creaked and popped" just a little as they were caged.
Intermediate Axle is also caged - both chambers. (no creaking and popping)

NOTHING changed at all.

Thought it might be worth mentioning:

Caging the brakes isn't hard.
Insert cage bolt, twist 90, run the bolt with the washer on it down snug, then wrench it until the nut stops turning.
Guessing maybe an inch of travel on the caging bolt... Maybe a little more.

On dual wedge systems the quick release valves have one that operates right side tires and one to control left side. Unlike a s cam system that had one quick release for each axle

If that is the case, maybe I need the TruckPro part number for a replacement valve?

Tractors seem to be more prone to pads rusting to the drums. I see it all the time. I chock the truck. Really well. Air up release the brakes and tap a long screwdriver under the pad lip and pop they usually free up.

Several at home, so I will bring more and give it a shot.

Yes, BFG. Most tractors I come across need their drums to be hit a few times to release. NDT's method is the correct diagnostic step for failure but this seems like a rusting issue.

I finally got out in the yard for a bit. Gentle tap wasn't enough.
A fairly hard thump directly on the steel of the shoe broke it loose.
Went to the intermediate axle, same action - took only one hit.
