Sent in my EUC at 2pm on Saturday got it 5 hours latter. Wtf !

What bases are these euc happening quickly? would help to know whos on the ball and whos not.
It isn't a base that issues the EUC, it is the Defense Logistics Agency in Battle Creek MI.
You win an item needing a EUC. You submit the paperwork to GL in Arizona to verify. Once everything is correct they forward it to the DLA in Battle Creek. As soon as DLA approves the background check, they notify GL and then you can pickup your item.

Ahh thanks! That makes total sense now.
I had noticed all the euc threads mentioned battle creek, the ones that had issues anyways.
