If you did not already know, this the link to all of the manuals. TM 9-2320-289-20 is the troubleshooting manual.

Thank you man this is nice to have appreciated it

Sorry man what’s the ip connector?
I’ll be glad to drive during day time

It's the 12 volt single wire on top of the return housing on the injection port.

Will figure and fix the problem when I get there to turn the engine off I just need to remove the wire.

Trucks are that simple. You might want to check the 24 volt relay under the dash. Those like to go bad. You can jump the starter at that relay too. Just use a decent size wire...and yes if you unplug the ip power it will shut off.

Hey man thanks for the tip you save me a bunch of money! Yeah I have changed that relay but I think it’s 12 volt isn’t?
The one under the dash it’s the one I was using to start the engine touching both terminals with a screw driver, I had problems with the lock switch so I turn it then touch both terminals of the relay until I turned the switch and no lights came up, I changed the switch in the bottom of column with a screw driver put it on run position and touch the relay and with the wire connected to the ip it started right away!
I just have a bunch of wires hanging taped under the dashboard ha!
Hope don’t get pulled over that will be a lot of explaining to do.
Thank you again
