Depends upon which flasher unit you have. If it is a relatively new one, they have an internal resistor and work fine with LED bulbs. The older ones not so much. On the other hand, the newer flasher units are garbage and don't last. If you want to go all LED, the easiest way is to spend a whopping 30-40 bucks and make your own stock-looking flasher unit, using a cheap modern flasher relay. I have all LED on my truck and it works very well. Go Clinto!
