Tail light assembly

Can someone verify whether the tail light assembly bracket is bolted on or tightly secured with Huck bolts?

Never heard of a hucked bolt before. Did some some investigating after reading this thread. Kind of like installing a rivnut with the attached bolt already installed. Interesting and that’s why I like this forum.

Huck bolts thread on like a bolt and nut and then the collar gets crimped to make the nut never come off again. One has to cut the bolt in half or use a cutting torch.
