Tail pipe problem

my sister was plowing deep heavy snow while i was away....she managed to bend the tailpipe around the rear brake drum. how do i bend it back. It's completely around the drum. I hope it didn't pull on the manifold and do something really bad. should i just cut it off or pull on it?

You can get a new tail pipe. Napa car quest are two good places to order one. The gas engine tail pipes/exhaust fit.
