Tailgate dimples/dents - any fix?

I'm looking at a bunch of trucks on gov planet and noticing that many of them have double dent "dimples" on the tailgate where it swings down and hits the rear tie downs. Is it safe to assume these dents are not fixable? Some of the dents are pretty extreme, most don't look too bad and are not really a concern. I'm trying to find truck with good metal because I have no experience doing body work on aluminum and I think filler would be a bad idea on those tailgate spots.

Once you own a HMMWV and care for it, the tailgate will probably never touch the bumper, hitch, or tiedowns. There are 2 chains to hold it up. So, if you use body filler, it should not get hit, unless you don't care and just drop the tailgate down.

It’s double wall so you can’t get to the back side. 2- 1/4” holes on the backside and you can get them out and plug the holes. Holes, dents or as Action said filler! Might be able to pull them out with glue. Like PDR guys do. I had a guy do my H2 and it came out perfect. I would go filler. I was thinking about leaving mine raw aluminum so I was looking at options for this same issue.
