Tailgate nutsert bolt holes

I got the rails and tabs and stuff set up to mount my cargo top on my 1008. My tailgate aparantly was salvaged from another 1008 that never had a cargo top so it does not have bolt holes for the strip with the twistlocks. I need to know how far down from the top of the tailgate the bolt holes are.

2" down from the top of the tailgate, 3 1/4" in on the horizontal for the first, 22 1/2" for the second.

Thanks so much. Marked the outside two holes, checked them. Drilled and nutserted them and the bar lined up perfectly to template the inner holes.
