I got one on e-bay like BC has described for about $10, but it was to mount on my front bumper, not the back (only one of four trucks didn't have one).
RC, did you mean the set of steps that can be attached so regular folks can walk up, sometimes even with a hand rail? The ones with five or six steps on them?

Yup, the front ones are essentially the same except are two inches longer overall.
