For all you Newbe's Don't let you compresser pully get away from you. Myself I would buy the wrenches. From there you should take the outer pully off, clean the threads and apply the never-seez. You don't want the threads rusting up and you haveing to replace or tighten in the field. Myself for ease of tighten the belt I run the outer half of the pully up abit and then start the truck. If there is to much slack in the belt to grab I take something the belt won't grab and lift up on the lower half of the belt. When it grabs it will self tighten almost to specs. If you keep the threads in good shape and you are in the field and need to tighten all you need is the 9/16 bolts loosen a bit and start the motor. Shut down of course and retighten the 9/16 and go on your way. Have a nice day.
