Texas sales tax on cargo trailers

Is Texas now charging sales tax on cargo trailers, such as M1101, M1102? Haven't had to pay it before. Thanks, Bob

Was referring to Government liquidation purchases.

Had to pay it on mine so I'd say "yes."

I too had to pay it. Seems "hit and miss"..more so hit as of late.

You pay tax on it when you register it.

If I pay GL the taxes then I just make sure to show that when I register it. In the end I only pay it once so it doesn't really matter to me who handles it as long as I don't get hit twice.
