Texas trailer registration

I recently purchased a m105a2 trailer. I have a bill of sale, bonded title application, and weight tag. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it a FMV like my M35A2? The tax office seems to not know what they are doing. Or do I just need to ask for a bonded title and registration?

No difference. Titling and registration are two separate processes.

I am not sure if registration can be issued prior to the bonded title being issued. The girls will know.
