The three versions of the CIM MEP 805B / 806B

It maybe of interest to some folks to see the differences of the 3 Versions of the CIM for the MEP 805B 806B for reference and identification

Version 1:
Mono Chrome 640 x 480 VGA Display (NOT CRT) with AZONIX 11-500253 Single Board Computer and PSU Version 1

Version 2:
Color LCD 640 x 480 VGA Display with Winsystem 520 SATplus Single Board Computer and PSU Version 2

Version 3
Color LCD 640 x 480 VGA Display with Winsystem PPM-GX500-G SBC {edit} and PSU Version 2 and USB Port

Note:
The LED #28 CMOS Voltage is directly linked to input # 5 on J17 on TCM102 and can be turned off by applying 24 VDC to input #5

this input is currently not connected
Further:
There are no batteries installed on most SBC’s on all versions.

The BIOS default is used on all three versions and switching between LCD and VGA is done through windows CE when the display driver loads after boot

And:

The minimum Voltage for the CIM to work is 9.5 VDC (important during start / crank)
The current draw with Backlight turned on at 9.5 VDC is app 1.5 Amps!
The current drops down to app 350 mA to 600 mA (depending on Version) at 27 VDC
