I used my pressure washer. Start out at the lowest RPM on the governor (max out is 3600 RPM, good for 4 GPM and 4000 PSI) to reduce pressure to about 1000 PSI. That worked great on Timo247's 1009 but we didn't do it on the left side panel. Need to post pictures.
LMC sells some stuff called ColorBond. It's more like a aerosol dye than a paint. It won't chip, flake, or lose adhesion. I used it on my M1009 & M1028 door panels and dash. They look factory new.
