I've been searching on this forum for an explanation of what a "Tier II Reset" involves. I placed it in the search field many different ways and I can't seem to come up with a good description of what is actually done to these generators during this procedure. I often get the question from a potential buyer when they're looking at a unit with the tags in place, but I struggle to give them a valid answer. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Thanks!
