Tire safety question

I bought a set of used tires. Two of which have deep tread cuts and more minor sidwall damage. One of the two still has a bolt stuck into the tread. How concerned should I be about being able to safely use the tires?

I got some flat tires I can sell you, kinda bald, but the rims are good. I can put them on a pallet and ship them if you collect sorry tires or something.

I'd run it as long as it wasn't checked. Those are freaking thick tires and those cuts look superficial. We really can't tell unless we were there to look at it.

My tires look much worse from off roading, I wouldn't hesitate to run them.

I would put them on the rear if your worried about a blow out.

Do they hold air? are you planning on doing 90 down the interstate? I really see no problem unless you have no spare or are driving the deuce way beyond its intended capabilities.

run em for sure they look fine to me.... if they hold air they are good, if not fill em with goo and run em then.. I would for sure and do...

Don't hear much about it nowadays so much, but tires can be repaired, see TM9 2610-200-14 and more.

appear to be missing the remainder of the bolts in the tire --- they are called studded tires
