good sources for tires new or used ?

Up there I have no idea. I get mine from a warehouse in Houston for about $25 each NOS.

Shipping is a killer from TX to ME.

that is true but the price up here might be really high. I have just started looking anyway. I don't need them anytime soon but would like to know the options that I might have.

Colyork, try Gensco tire on old spanish trail in Houston Texas. They have a big pile of them for about $40 each. The price goes up and down a bit with thier costs. Can't rember the phone# but if you do a google search they come up.

Berg supply in Fayetteville NC has good prices. Search this site, I have posted their info before. I bough a bunch of new 900x20 NDCC's for $25 each. He sells on E-Bay every week, look under E-Bay motors, search Military.
