Torque specs top end Nhc 250

What's up I got a 1970 m818 NHC 250 cummins in my shop been looking high and low and cannot find the bolt torque specs for this engine I'm replacing the rocker box gaskets and the covers I found the lash for the rockers in previous threads. But can't seem to find the bolt torque maybe I'm not reading em right.. i can't read goodly.. haha Thanks fellas

I need the the torque specs for lower end head and valves. I'm searching thru my manuals...and
