I haven't had time to get the radiator to the shop to have it gone through. That is odd about the belt. Maybe you should put some paint or something where it is hitting to make sure that it IS still hitting before getting a new one. I wouldn't think that putting a new one on there would make any difference.

Looks like a great installation. Good placement, good mounting, great paint job! I want to mount mine on the side of the bed, but am worried about the towbar's weight overstressing the mount if I hit a pothole or go offroading in the deuce.

I agree. On the side would be sweet, but all that weight is gonna stress the crap of the sheet metal.
