Towing a civilian equipment trailer

Hi
Anybody have a solution to tow a civilian equipment trailer behind my 1986 m931 tractor. I’d like to move my mini excavator (11lb s) from time to time I would like figure this out. the Pintle hook is too high. What are my options. Thanks!!

some equip trailers have an adjustable-height pintle ring .. what will it take to convert yours to accept one of those or have one welded onto your trailer tongue ? .. Other than fabricate a construction-type tow plate to weld to the tail of your truck providing a lower pintle independent of the existing one, i have no other ideas
