Howdy all and bosses,

So I have a cargo cover and bows that I won't be usinh for my deuce. Planning to clean it up (great expectations) and look for someone near to Texas that's been stashing wheels/tires and is in need of a good/clean cargo cover.

At some of my other forums, we list the trade offers as WTT v. WTS and WTB (trade, sell, buy) in the classifieds. Steel Soldiers wants a price listed in the classifieds, so my WTT listing does not belong there.

How would you post to initiate a trade as described? Where should I post it?

You can place a price and also say open to offers and trades. This way you are in compliance and best of both worlds. There is also a place for "free" classifieds pay it forward.

I'd put it in the for sale section and phrase it as "I value it at $600, but what I'd really like is to trade it for some wheels and tires."

Thanks all. I hope to get it cleaned and photographed soon - hopefully this weekend.

WTT as an option works well in other venues. I will mimic the format when I have pics and "my proposed" value settled.

It has been a great way of tuning the arsenal firearm collection. I'm figuring we all have stuff that is more valuable to other members - awesome where both parties can trade to their advantage.

So, we'll see soon.
