I need the dipstick tube also I can't find it at napa or advance no junkyard close to me has any old chevys

While your buying a new one, might as well get a locking dipstick for it offered on the post 89 gm trucks. Just a little extra insurance

Ya might want to make sure its the same length as the one your replacing Ive found aftermarket ones can be off, check with the local trans repair shops mite luck out. Scott out
