transfer case front drive shaft seal

My front drive shaft seal was leaking i pulled it out and it looks like the yoke that goes into the transfer case is scored in two places from the original seal, or is it supposed to be like that. Ive change the rear drive shaft one and the yoke was smooth?:confused:

Any partsman worth s#*t {thats SALT to all ya with a dirty mind} will be able to set you up with a sreedy sleeve if you take the yoke in with you to be measured !

i think i found it on autozone website they call it a kwik sleeve, i havnt put one on in years what do i do use thred lock to seal it to yoke?
