M235 Deuce leak at the transfer case. It seems to be coming from the speedometer output shaft. Is this possible? Pictures below.

O.K., I'm sorry for all the drama, but there are the pics; my big ugly finger points to the speedo drive gear, which my mechanic swears the oil is pouring from. But I notice it is a greasable joint for the speedo shaft. When I drove it across most of America last weekend to get home, it was leaking GL-1 all over. Question is can you seal up the speedometer output device? Or do I have to buy another one and where?

I do beleive there is an o-ring or seal in the speedometer drive. Take it apart and see. You can't make it any worse. Also check your vent on the caes to make sure it isn't clogged.

This is the same problem I am having. There is a seal that seals the oil from getting past the drive flipper. Where can you find one of the seals or the Tm that shows that part?
