The little housing for the shifter cable has been leaking for a couple years now. I couldn't tell if it was the lil o-ring on the cable or the housing cover rubber gasket. Anyways, I pulled it off the cover to check both and oil starts leaking out, and still is - I have a 5 gal bucket under it now. Is that normal? Is there a reseal kit (o-ring/gasket) anywhere you know of?

I would say YES, since it is down near the bottom of the trans, looks like you just need a new cover gasket.
