Ok....
I don't see part 28, but...
#30 was inserted inversely directly into the screw #27 and the spring #29 into it.
Now I can't remove spring from TC, something is blocking inside.
Well, you Found the problem….
Rotate the spring with some needle nose..also, have someone move the Tcase shifter back and forth lightly.
item 28 is on the plug, it’s a rubber o-ring

Well thanks to RWH you found the issue, the spring is likely bent on the end where it was contacting the shifting mechanism on the inside.
You can have someone move the shifter back and forth to see if that helps but it looks like it is far enough out that twisting it while pulling may also help, I would guess you will have to source a new spring.
The one I had was missing the detent and spring so I did not have that issue, maybe RWH has a better idea.
Edit, I did not see the second page, man I am getting old...........

I will check local shop. They have trucks and agricultural machines’ parts. Maybe I will find similar spring. If not, then I will order one from US.
