I have an MEP-805B. It works fine in 208/120 mode. I wanted to used it in 416/240, so I turned everything off, opened up the panel, switched the toggle switch from 208/120 to 416/240, closed the panel, and started it again.

The display now shows voltage indicator with a 380 to 450 volt range, but the voltage between each line is still 208V. When I close the contact to actually get power on the terminals, I get an "undervoltage" warning, and it opens the contact again with a few seconds. I've looked at the manual and poked around the machine, but I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do.

What do I have to do to get 416/240?
