Turbo ID Help

My truck currently has a D turbo. Just bought a C turbo. In my limited knowledge I thought there were only these two types but a guy I know who has been building/ restoring Deuces for some time told me there are actually three .If anyone could help me ID this new turbo I would be most greatful. Heres whats on the tagart# 11668459 Model# 3LJ-319 Serial# K1981-217

That one looks like a C but hard to tell unless you post a picture of the side showing the thickness of the housings.There were 3 turbos.2 for the 465 and one for the 427.

3LJ-319 is a "C" turbo
