turbo overflow/vent

this coming off the turbo. it looks like a hose is supposed to be attached to it.
should there be one? if so where does iy attach? also what kind of turbo is it? thanks in advance.

That's your crankcase breather tube...... nothing to do with the turbo.

It should have a tube attached to it. Length is what ever it takes to get below the front axle so the oil residue doesn't get all over it.
