turn signal problem

I was getting deuce ready for rausch creek and i have no turn signals ! have head lights blk out and rear parking and stop but no front parking unless im in parking lights on left bottom light switch and no turn signals i dont think it is a ground coul it be the flashe unit or switch on colum tnaks bob b:-(aua

Make sure that the flasher unit is grounded via wire "C" from the connector of the unit. The flasher unit is not grounded internally (to the housing).
Also, some newer flasher units are not short circuit protected and blow like a fuse when overloaded...keep a spare on hand.

Replaced the flasher unit and my blinkers all work now, but my front marker lights still only come on if I chose "park" on the light switch. Rears work fine.

Download the schematic. The wiring on a Deuce is relatively simple to troubleshoot. I had a similar problem and it was caused by lack of good ground.

I believe unless you modify the wiring of the deuce, that the front markers only come on if you have the left switch in "park" These are not wired like a car, the front markers do not come on with the headlights or "parking lights" like a car would.
