Turnsignals on M211?

Yes, I'll admit I'm new to this, but am I missing the obvious, or does this truck not have turnsignals? I got a copy of TM9-8024 yesterday and can't find any reference to turnsignals. I am trying to read the manual and familiarize myself as much as I can before its first voyage on the pavement.

Has anyone put turnsignals on a M211 possibly using M35 parts? (I have to register this truck commercial, so it will have to pass inspection.)

This is probably a stupid question, but does anyone have any thoughts on this?

from the factory no signals... most have/were converted to the add on type.

Turn lever, Flasher, turn signal harness........is this it?

M211 turn signals

When restoring our M215, I wanted to add turn signals for added safety. I adapted the existing black-out lights / wiring for the turn signals. Added a signal switch to the column, flasher unit and flasher harness from a M35. Used full red lens tail lights (Gama Goat?) and changed the front light covers to custom made full amber lens. Get the manual that has the wiring code numbers to figure out what wires to adapt.

M215, What manual do I need that will tell me the wiring code numbers? Just the TM?

You can find a list of the M series wiring circuit numbers, along with the three lever light switch and turn signal switch pinouts, on the olive-drab website's tehcnical data page located at:
