If I hadn't JUST bought a 5 ton, I would seriously consider going in halves with you on these. I've always loved the M37. If you end up buying them and there's still one sitting around down the road I might get back with you.
Careful, engine transplants in the old Dodge 3/4 tons, military or civilian, have one problem, the axles are too weak for big horsepower. Believe it or not, the one that most often breaks is the long axle in the rear.
