No level wind or tensioner on a M916...

Duh!!! Thanks Matt!!! I guess I saw "drag winch" and thus assumed it was the wrecker rear, as in M936 - totally missing the 1 ..... WHICH I HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! though mine is an A1 as you know...

OK - simply multiply all tool sizes by a factor of 7/8 over 3/4.

How much cable would you loose if you use a grinder and cut the cable at the pinch point?

Unless it is a emergency where you need the cable NOW and if that is the case be very very careful because you are using damaged cable, just cut it off and start over, the cable is not worth wasting a lot of time on, CUT from the side.
