UIC code

I would like to find out from the UIC code on my M101 trailer where it came from. The UIC is WK4FHL
When I was in the Military I had a Book of all unit UIC's...I think those are restricted now. I also know that a gentleman on this site used to provide this service but That thread is kind of locked and has been since 2008.
Not sure what happend to him....CARNAC if I am correct.

The TAG says:

From:WK4FHL

POD: 1PK
UIC:K4FHL8

But the TCN says:

WK4FHL83040002XBX

The first 6 are the UIC I beleive.

Two things:

1. The 2008 vin info thread is locked because you are suppose to be using the 2010 vin info thread.

2. The UIC is not valid.

I had found the 2008 Thred via a Search of UIC codes....I didn;t know about the current 2010 Vin Thread, I have posted there.
Lookig forward to what ever you can come up with on the data I provided there.
