Unknown Vehicle Heater

Ok I bought two of these from a surplus vendor. I have no idea what they fit. Does any one have any idea ????

Its an engine heater according to the tag, but for what ?

I have some info on "Superflex" heater kits models 460 and 461 and they date to the early '50s, run on gasoline and operate on 6VDC. They are for the 1/4 ton trucks...

These seem to be NOS, he said they were leftover from a lot he bought from a closed CAP program.
