Love the mini bikes! Im painting my old enduro bikes like this to put around at shows and such with. Love it!

Krylon fusion seems to hold the best on plastic but still takes a lot or prep to get it to stick and last.

If you prep ANY substrate adequately (even plastic) there's no good reason that the paint shouldn't adhere properly.

Now TEFLON, that one might be an exception.
