I'll look tonight. I am working on the same thing on the same vehicle of the same year....

The size is any air tubing that fits, is a neat matching color, or just black like we used on our M38A1. (and deuce actually)

Mine is 3/16" OD. But nothing on this vehicle is standard, it's had 63 years of Goober and Gomer working on it. I plan to just get some black rubber from a parts store when I put the wipers.
