The word I got back from mother Russia is the 451 model doesn't exist you likely have a 452 the 452 went through several modifications and even engines to contact uaz service we will need to know the year your truck was built and engine type. if you can get some pics of data plates on the engine and cab text them to me at 907 434 0692 and I will forward them to my contact for service info.
