valve on turbo

there is what looks like a valve on the turbo,it is leakinf fuel what is it called and can it be rebuilt and used until replacement is installed?I am on the road and i can't put eyes on it til i get home on wensday.

No such thing on a turbo, try posting a pic and we can tell you what you got wrong.

Flame heater.

Remove and plug all holes.

If its the flame heater, remove it. They are not useful anyway and are problematic.
