VIN # Any where else then on dash plate

Is the VIN #' stamped any where else on a 1970 Deuce then just on the dash plate

On the frame behind the left (driver side) front tire. Sometimes you need to get a grinder out to find it.

dude do not get a grinder as it will deface the numbers
use paint stripper as it will not damage them
the numbers will be on the frame rail aft of the front spring hangar an behind the pitman arm attachment

Boomer sometime in the 2 year off frame restoration I miss place the data plate, just one of those things that happened

Don't you trust the data plate?

You shouldn't. Sometimes the data plate gets changed out for whatever reason and the numbers won't match. I've seen it happen more than once.
