Hi all,

I'm going to look at an M37 tomorrow and if all goes well, we will seal the deal. I'm bringing a bill of sale with me, but the truck has no title and has never been registered.

Where can I find the serial# on an M37 if the data plates are gone? I know on the deuce it's stamped on the frame inside the driver side front wheel, but I'm not sure if that's the same with an M37.

I tried searching the M37 forum for VIN, but found zero results. Searching for serial number returned tons of results that were not relevant.

Thanks

Mikey

Thank you!

I'm curious what search terms you used. I searched "VIN" under search threads and search posts and got "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

thx

If its possible that your truck is an M37CDN, check for an 8 digit serial number stamped into the drivers side frame just to the rear of the back cab mounting bracket. CDN serial are all 914#####. They also stamped the CAR number on the top of the drivers side frame rail between the bumper and grill. Its would be year and number eg. 53-#####. While this may not help you today, maybe it will aid someone else in the future.
