WA state cancelling MV titles

Ol' Jack Tomlin of Toeele, UT drove many MV's for years without plates.

Just a camo shirt and drive, as MV don't have plates in service anyway...

I was recently able to get plates and a title through a local DOL. Happy to discuss what seems to work/where I failed the original tries.

It's been a while since you posted this, but I'd be interested in hearing about it since I'll be trying to do it soon
